Mayoress Patricia Lobeira Rodriguez presents the Office of the Attorney for the Defense of Water Users

#Veracruz , #Ver . –  The Mayoress of the Port of Veracruz, Patricia Lobeira Rodriguez, made the presentation of the Office for the Defense of Water Users, the first agency of its kind in the State of Veracruz and the second nationwide, which will be responsible for the care and monitoring of the Human Right of access, provision and sanitation of water, in sufficient form.

He informed that through this office, all requests and complaints from Veracruz citizens regarding poor quality service, abuses in charges and procedures, as well as water shortages and water supply cuts, will be attended to.

«We will prioritize the attention, giving a maximum response period of 3 days, and in case of cuts, we will assist in the promotion of the pertinent legal actions to achieve the immediate reestablishment of the service».
