Security, the greatest commitment of all public functionaries in the State of Mexico: Pedro Rodríguez

#Atizapán, #Edoméx. –  The Municipal President of Atizapán de Zaragoza, Pedro Rodríguez Villegas, assumed the vice presidency of the Intermunicipal Council of Public Safety Region IV Cuautitlán Izcalli, where he expressed the commitment of local governments to work in coordination to provide results in the area of security.

«The greatest citizen demand is security, it is the greatest commitment that all public officials in the state have. Today we have to respond to the anguish that the population of our municipalities, our state and our country is experiencing today,» said Pedro Rodriguez.

During the installation and first ordinary session of the Intermunicipal Public Safety Council Region IV, the Mayor of Cuatitlán Izcalli, Karla Leticia Fiesco García, was appointed president of this sectorial body.

The municipalities that make up Region IV are Atizapán de Zaragoza, Cuautitlán Izcalli and Nicolás Romero, governed by Pedro Rodríguez Villegas, Karla Fiesco, and Armando Navarrete López, respectively.

Pedro Rodríguez thanked the representatives of the Ministry of National Defense, the Navy, the National Guard, the Attorney General’s Office, the representatives of the Ministry of Public Security, the State Attorney General’s Office, the Executive Secretariat and the State Public Security System for their presence.
