Easter Week Discounts on Federal Motor Carrier and Railroad Services

#SecretaríaDeComunicacionesYTransporte.- The Ministry of Infrastructure, Communications and Transportation (SICT) will put into effect discounts of 50 and 25 percent, respectively, for students and teachers traveling on federal passenger or railroad transportation during the Easter holiday period 2022, which runs from April 11 to 22 of this year.

Students and teachers will only have to show before the service providers their valid credential or proof of the school to which they belong; which must contain the name and photograph of the holder, account or registration number and stamp of the institution.

Discounts on transportation and railroad services are in effect during the official vacation period established by the Ministry of Public Education (SEP). Thus, the credentials with which teachers and students must prove this right must be from the following educational institutions:
