AEM and University of Arizona Sign Memorandum of Understanding

#SecretaríaDeComunicacionesYTransporte.- The Mexican Space Agency (AEM), a decentralized agency of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Communications and Transport (SICT) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the University of Arizona (UArizona), to consolidate an exchange of knowledge and development of space projects.

The event was presided over by AEM’s Director General, Salvador Landeros Ayala, and Dr. Liesl Folks, Academic Vice Chancellor of UArizona, accompanied by Justin Dutram, Assistant to the Vice President, and Jose Lever, Coordinator of the University of Arizona Global Mexico.

«AEM continues to redouble its efforts in order to build more international training opportunities like this one, to boost the talent of our Mexican youth with knowledge exchange and development of joint space and satellite projects,» said Landeros.
