Alfredo del Mazo awards prizes to winners of the children’s knowledge olympiad

#EstadoDeMéxico.- Governor Alfredo Del Mazo Maza awarded economic stimuli, a laptop and public recognition to 128 Mexican children who were winners in the Children’s Knowledge Olympics 2021, and highlighted that they obtained the highest scores in their schools, which is an effort that implies years of perseverance and discipline.

Del Maza Maza highlighted that unlike previous years, the winners of this edition of the contest faced greater challenges as they took classes from a distance because of the health emergency, which implied greater efforts for them, their teachers and their parents.

«Today we are giving 128 awards to girls, boys, young people who, in addition to all the effort they have made throughout their lives, and in their journey to learn and study, unlike other years, the last year, the sixth grade, the last full year they had, they did it from a distance.

«This is a recognition of what they have done previously, that is, of this achievement to become the best sixth grade students in the entire State of Mexico, and this program also motivates them to continue their efforts to continue with this average and to continue standing out throughout the State of Mexico as students of excellence,» he emphasized.
