Mexico and Ecuador continue negotiations towards the conclusion of the Productive Integration Agreement

#SecretaríaDeEconomía.- Mexico and Ecuador continue negotiations to conclude the Productive Integration Agreement as soon as possible, in compliance with the mandate of our respective presidents, Andrés Manuel López Obrador and Guillermo Lasso Mendoza.

The negotiating teams from both countries continue virtual discussions to conclude the 9th Round, which began on May 23.

In a timely manner, the Ministry of Economy will continue to report on the development of the negotiations, as the sole responsible for negotiating Mexico’s international trade agreements, always seeking the benefit of the nation.
