CEAPE promotes reading among young people through various activities

#GobiernoDelEstadoDeMéxico.- The Ministry of Culture and Tourism promotes a taste for reading among young people in the State of Mexico, with activities that bring them closer to literature and great literary creations, organized by the State Public Administration Publishing Council (CEAPE).

As a result of the work of the Fondo Editorial Estado de México (FOEM), those interested can learn about the literary diversity of its collections.

Adolfo López Mateos» High School of the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico (UAEM), went to the «Pedro Ascencio» Castálida Bookstore, where they were given a brief introduction to the collections such as the one called Letras, being the largest with literary genres such as drama, poetry, essays and narrative.

Afterwards, the functions of CEAPE were explained and the process involved in having a book in their hands was shared. As part of this talk, the attendees were able to take some of the FOEM texts, to admire the beauty of its pages.
