#SanMiguelDeAllende, #Gto.- The government of San Miguel de Allende, aware of the importance of having the knowledge and procedures. Elements of the Secretariat of Public Safety, Municipal Transit and Civil Protection as first responders were trained in cardio pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and basic airway management, to provide first aid in an emergency.
