Mayoress of Tecámac delivers books of minutes of condominium regime; through dialogue, differences will be resolved

#Tecámac, #StateOfMexico. – The Municipal President Mariela Gutiérrez Escalante, delivered 40 books of minutes of condominium regime to an equal number of boards of directors of housing complexes of #MejorGobiernoTecámac. This is so that, through dialogue, the inhabitants can resolve their differences, in an entity such as the State of Mexico, where condominium housing is increasing every day.

In #Tecámac, there are 175 thousand 33 homes in this regime, which represents more than 70 percent of the existing houses.

In the State of Mexico about 6 million Mexicans live under the condominium regime (30% of the housing), a figure that is increasing, hence the importance of living in harmony among neighbors, said the Municipal President of Tecámac.

The mayoress, specified that this book is a tool for the inhabitants to coexist in a healthy way and avoid any kind of abuse that affects the public good, in each of the 33 urban complexes of the demarcation.

«We created this condominium regime office with a single objective, to have someone to support us and to help us with the municipal government. One because that is what the law establishes and two because it is an easier way to organize ourselves. And, as the secretary rightly says, to avoid that the neighboring slacker abuses, overdoes it and understands what it means to live in a condominium regime», said the mayoress.

In Tecámac there are 193,135 homes, of which more than 70 percent live in condominium regime. In view of this, the mayor mentioned that these minutes are to reflect the agreements that the neighbors establish when they hold their assemblies, where the love for the public good must be prioritized.

Mariela Gutiérrez, said that his administration is aimed at building a Tecámac in peace, safe, prosperous for all, and that it is not for a few, since together society and government have made it the best #MejorViviendaTecámac in the State of Mexico.
