Nayarit and Colima have full coverage of specialist physicians; Tlaxcala reaches 95 percent / @zoerobledo @Tu_IMSS >>>

#IMSS.- IMSS General Director, Zoé Robledo, informed that the IMSS-Bienestar program is operating at 100 percent in Nayarit, Colima and Tlaxcala.

This week, the supply of medicines reached 96 percent of prescriptions filled in Nayarit, 92 percent in Colima and 90 percent in Tlaxcala.

The general director of the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), Zoé Robledo, informed that in Nayarit and Colima there is full coverage of specialist doctors, while in Tlaxcala it reached 95 percent; and in all three entities the IMSS-Bienestar program is operating at 100 percent.

At the press conference held by the President of Mexico, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, at the National Palace, Zoé Robledo highlighted that in Nayarit this healthcare model operates in 12 hospitals and 245 Health Centers; he referred that the coverage of general practitioners and nursing staff is 97 percent.

While presenting the progress of the IMSS-Bienestar Health Plan, he pointed out that 588 health workers in this entity have received their basification and 100 percent of the hospital and Health Center personnel have been trained.

Zoé Robledo said that the first stage of hospital rehabilitation was completed, with a total of 237 million pesos, in addition to the efforts made by the Instituto de Salud para el Bienestar (Insabi) for the rehabilitation of the First Level of Care, which is 80 percent complete.
