Authorities of the State of México carry out a civic ceremony in the square of the martyrs in the city of Toluca / @alfredodelmazo @Edomex >>>

#Edoméx.- The ceremony was led by the Secretary of Security, Rodrigo Martínez Celis Wogau, the Secretary of Social Development, Alejandra Del Moral Vela, the Secretary of Women’s Affairs, Martha Hilda González Calderón, the Secretary of Rural Affairs, Leticia Mejía García, and the Secretary of Labor, Maribel Góngora Espinosa, who were accompanied by public servants from these state agencies, as well as members of the state’s security forces.

After the civic ceremony, the state officials toured the Plaza de los Mártires, where they observed the Monument to the Martyrs, made up of six reliefs that commemorate the martyrdom of the 100 indigenous insurgents, as well as the restoration of the monument to Miguel Hidalgo.

This Plaza is accessible and inclusive since it has Braille plaques for the visually impaired.
To give it life as a green space, it has 110 thousand pieces of new vegetation, 250 trees were planted, so you can find in its landscaping plants such as lavender, agapandos, rosemary, ferns, among others.

Previously there was a flagpole of 18 meters and the one that was placed through the remodeling of this space is of 30 meters, with which, the Plaza de los Mártires of the city of Toluca will show a bigger patriotic flag.
