SICT and governments of Colima and Michoacán supervise damage to roads and bridges caused by the earthquake / @SCT_mx >>>

#SICT.- The Head of the Office of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Communications and Transportation (SICT), Jorge Nuño Lara, accompanied by the Governor of Colima, Indira Vizcaino Silva, and the Governor of Michoacan, Alfredo Ramirez Bedolla, supervised the damage to highway infrastructure caused by the earthquakes of September 19 and 22.

The Undersecretary of Infrastructure toured the Federal Toll-Free Highway Network and bridges that are part of both entities, in the region of Colima and in the Michoacán area.

Nuño Lara emphasized that «it is a privilege to be in the lands of Colima, as well as an obligation to see that all our highways, both federal and state, are in good condition» so that they can be passable.

He reiterated «the commitment of the President of the Republic, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, that Colima’s infrastructure is in the best possible condition. We will begin the first actions and reconstructions that may be necessary».
