Staff of DIF Celaya, in Guanajuato, takes «Workshop on Suicide Prevention and signs / @jmendozamarquez @municipiocelaya >>>

#Celaya, #Gto.– This Friday afternoon in the facilities of the Fundadores Park in the Municipality of Celaya, staff of the System for the Integral Development of the Family, psychologists, psychologists, social workers and area coordinators, took a training workshop called «Suicide Prevention Workshop and Warning Signs».

This in the framework of the month where the World Suicide Prevention Day is commemorated and remembered, and with the purpose that all the personnel of this dependency that has direct relationship with the population and that detects signs of depression act in favor of the citizenship.

Marlene Ramirez Suaste, Head of Volunteering and of the DIF Contigo program informed details about this important event.

«This workshop was intended for DIF staff who have direct relationship with the open population, including psychologists, social workers, lawyers and area coordinators of DIF, it is important to remember that Celaya was part of the activities of the September days by the DIF Contigo program.»

«There was the president of the suicide prevention subcommittee, speaker at national and international congresses and all this month we are doing different activities by DIF Contigo both with young people, staff and citizenship, every month we do workshops with different topics,» she said.
