#Celaya, #Gto.- Continuing with the work of prevention and health care, DIF Celaya gave a talk on how to prevent and combat breast cancer in the community of San Juan de la Vega.

Through the ‘DIF Contigo Program’ of the System for the Integral Development of the Family, headed by Marlene Ramirez Suaste, about 50 people were invited, mostly mothers, who attended and in a dynamic way were informed about how to act and be the first responsible in the care of their health.

Mrs. Rosa María Suárez de Mendoza, President of DIF Celaya and the General Director of DIF Celaya, María del Carmen Núñez Mares, were part of the event and their message about health care, women and family in general, was what they shared.

Mrs. Rosita said that: «It is a pleasure to be again in this community of San Juan de la Vega, today to be part of the prevention days and in the month that commemorates the fight against breast cancer, which is one of the leading causes of death in the world and that responsibly and with early care, it can be prevented».

«Exploring ourselves is primordial and necessary; no one else but us can take care of our health, that is why we continue to give the message of prevention to avoid getting sick and in case that happens, early action saves lives,» commented the President of DIF.
