#SanMiguelDeAllende, #Gto.- With the objective of involving the youth of San Miguel de Allende with innovation through education and fun, the Municipal Government signed an alliance with several schools to involve their educational community in the next edition of «Robofest Latam».

Following the course set by the municipal president Mauricio Trejo, the Municipal Institute of Attention to Youth (Imajsma) coordinated San Miguel de Allende to become the venue for this international event of applied robotics, so that children and young people from San Miguel de Allende have access to the inclusion of new technologies, where their ingenuity and dreams become realities in favor of their daily environment.

«Our president has always given himself the task of investing as much as possible and to be «chopping stone» so that education does not die. It is important that we, as authorities, invest as much as we can in education and what better way than with these events,» said Councilman Rafael Ramirez, representing the municipal president.

After receiving the Letter of Intent sent by the mayor of Mission, Norie Gonzalez Garza, the mayor of San Miguel de Allende expressed that San Miguel de Allende is always open to the exchange of best practices, cultural and educational opportunities, with which the people of San Miguel de Allende enrich other towns with their culture and traditions, and likewise, learn from other societies through this close link, as has recently been consolidated with The Woodlands also in Texas, and Aspen in Colorado.
