#Tijuana, #B.C.- Mayoress Montserrat Caballero Ramírez, headed the start-up of the «Bye Bye Baches» program this 2023, on Vega Street, between Arreola and Tenancingo, in the Morelos neighborhood, in the Zona Centro Delegation, where one thousand square meters will be paved with asphalt mix.

For his part, the head of the Department of Territorial, Urban and Environmental Development (SDTUA), Miguel Ángel Bujanda Ruíz, indicated that by mandate of Mayor Montserrat Caballero, one thousand square meters will be rehabilitated as part of one of the priority programs of this XXIV City Hall, «Bye Bye Baches».
