#EstadoDeBajaCalifornia.- In order to guarantee the right of access to education for children and adolescents in a situation of migration, the government headed by Marina del Pilar Avila Olmeda, is working on the management of working groups to meet this objective.

At the instruction of the Secretary General of Government, Catalino Zavala Márquez, the Undersecretary of Migratory Affairs, Adriana Minerva Espinoza Nolasco, coordinates the efforts to establish the work tables. He pointed out that the route is under construction and will be through the coordination of the Ministry of Education, and the shelters for people in the context of mobility, in order to reach the population they have housed. The linkage with the shelters that serve people in migration conditions and international agencies, as well as the inter-institutional cooperation with the three levels of government, are key to continue advancing in these priorities, stated the Undersecretary.
