In the State of México, the government of Atizapán de Zaragoza decreases the perception of insecurity / @Pedro_RVillegas @GobAtizapan >>>

#Atizapán, #Edoméx.- Atizapán de Zaragoza is once again the municipality with the best perception of safety in the State of México, according to the National Urban Public Safety Survey (ENSU) for the last quarter of 2022 released today by the National Institute of Statistics and Geography (INEGI).

This survey, published on a quarterly basis, indicates that the insecurity perception index in the municipality continued to decrease, going from 65.3 in September to 61.3% in December.

It is worth noting that from June to September there was also a drop from 70.3 percent to the aforementioned 65.3 and, with the result obtained in the last three months of 2022, the municipality governed by the Municipal President, Pedro Rodríguez Villegas, remains as the best evaluated demarcation in the State of México.

Compared to the last quarter of 2021, Atizapán de Zaragoza has lowered 13.7 percentage points the perception of insecurity by going from 75.0% to 61.3% in 2022.

«That speaks of what we are advancing, when we are bordering with municipalities that have a big problem with the issue of insecurity, and this is thanks to the support, to the trust that you have had, to what has been implemented in security; that what has been invested in that area has served to provide the security that the inhabitants of Atizapán deserve,» said Rodríguez Villegas during the ordinary session of Cabildo this Thursday.
