#Toluca, #Edoméx.- The Municipal President of Toluca, Raymundo Martínez Carbajal, together with the President of DIF Toluca, Viridiana Rodríguez, united 138 couples in marriage, and presented the Violet Brigade to join forces and eradicate gender violence against women, girls and adolescents in Toluca.
