With the inauguration of the Felipe Ángeles International Airport (AIFA), in the municipality of Tecámac the opening of businesses has increased by 25 percent.

At the close of the year 2021 there were one thousand 506 economic units, while until 2022 there were a total of two thousand 022, which already contribute to the municipal coffers, all this once the AIFA came into operation, the above was announced by the Directorate of Economic Development of this municipality.

In the words of its director, José Luis Álvarez Martínez, the Tecámac City Hall works in accordance with the law and with respect to the business sector.

On the other hand, he categorically denied that there are obstacles for the opening of businesses, but on the contrary, they are provided with all the facilities and the proof of this «is that the taxpayer base in the municipality grew by 25 percent last year, compared to 2021».

He emphasized that the opening of businesses, after the inauguration of the AIFA, is on the rise.
