#EstadoDeHidalgo.- Together with President Andrés Manuel López Obrador, the Governor of the State of Hidalgo, Julio Menchaca, toured the Miguel Hidalgo Refinery in the municipality of Tula, which is the livelihood of many families and the standard bearer of the country’s energy sovereignty.

Menchaca expressed his gratitude for the impulse that the Mexican Government is giving to the economic and industrial development of Hidalgo.
