#Tec\u00e1mac, #Edom\u00e9x<\/strong>.- The municipal president Rosa Yolanda Wong, expressed the commitment of the Tec\u00e1mac City Council with education and culture, and highlighted that the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN) is a strategic ally in the training of specialized technical staff, responding to the productive needs of the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When attending the civic ceremony at the CECyT 19 \u201cLeona Vicario\u201d, which was built during the previous municipal administration, she assured that students no longer have to travel far from their homes to receive quality education, since the educational offer in the municipality has been increasing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIn Tec\u00e1mac, we work to offer more educational opportunities, ensuring that our students, the present of Mexico, have the necessary tools to transform their environment,\u201d she indicated before students and academic staff of said school located in H\u00e9roes Tec\u00e1mac. The municipal president reported that a few days ago she called the directors of the 42 High Schools in Tec\u00e1mac, to present a plan to address their needs that guarantees efficiency and quality in public and private schools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his speech, the director of CECyT 19, Enrique Mac\u00edas Maya, stated that within the framework of educational and social strengthening in the region, the municipality of Tec\u00e1mac has consolidated its commitment to technical education as a key driver for development, especially in light of the growth brought about by the arrival of the Felipe \u00c1ngeles International Airport (AIFA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She said that this IPN campus has an enrollment of 2,732 students, of which 60% are from Tec\u00e1mac, while 30% come from the surrounding municipalities of Zumpango, Tonanitla, the Pir\u00e1mides region and 10% from Ecatepec and even from Mexico City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The mayor took advantage of the meeting to invite young students to participate in the celebrations for the Bicentennial of the Foundation of Tec\u00e1mac as a municipality, and to get involved in the various cultural and educational activities that will be carried out during the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
