So, it is a very interesting and very important program,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He specified that the mobility infrastructure program complies with the principle of \u201cfor the good of all, first the poor\u201d, since it will strengthen economic development and improve the living conditions of those who need it most.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe dedicate a very good part of the resource to the most vulnerable areas, &#8216;for the good of all first the poor&#8217;.
