#Cuautitl\u00e1nIzcalli, #Edom\u00e9x<\/strong>.- On Tuesday, Mayor Daniel Serrano presented his administration’s security strategy, known as \u00abCuautitl\u00e1n Izcalli Shield,\u00bb which comprehensively combines tactical and operational tasks by strengthening intelligence work, reducing Municipal Police response times, and in line with the fundamental security objectives of the Federal Government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the \u00abPower of the People\u00bb press conference, the Mayor announced that the \u00abCuautitl\u00e1n Izcalli Shield\u00bb actions encompass three key areas: the consolidation of 297 \u00abNeighborhood Networks and Alarms for Peace,\u00bb the installation of 594 video surveillance cameras at strategic points, the use of aerial robotics, through which aerial patrols will be carried out by three unmanned aerial vehicles, and the \u00abProtected Women\u00bb program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He added that his administration’s security actions integrate key factors such as crime prevention, equipping and monitoring the force, addressing areas with high crime rates and reducing them, and improving public perceptions of security, in addition to inter-institutional coordination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this regard, he explained that neighborhood alarms will be installed every 300 meters in the municipality’s various neighborhoods and will be connected to the Command Center (C4) and the corresponding patrol car or motorcycle patrol unit for each of the 75 quadrants into which Izcalli is divided. The goal is to initially set response times at 6 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to these tactics, the free mobile app \u00abBlindaje Cuautitl\u00e1n Izcalli\u00bb is available. Through this app, citizens can communicate and organize directly with members of the General Police Station for Citizen Security and access an alarm button, which activates the siren in their community and sends a message to the user’s network of contacts directly to C4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
