Tec\u00e1mac Mayor Rosi Wong led the opening ceremony and highlighted the importance of this celebration for the identity and pride of the region&#8217;s inhabitants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abI am very pleased that this tradition continues, especially here,\u00bb she emphasized, \u00abwhere roots are deep and culture is strong, we also celebrate the present: a municipality that has known how to modernize without forgetting its essence, that has managed to grow by staying united.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The opening ceremony was attended by F\u00e1tima Olivares Torres, Undersecretary of Culture for the State of Mexico, whose participation was gratefully acknowledged by the mayor, who considered her attendance a significant support for the culture and traditions of Tec\u00e1mac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" src=\"https:\/\/mexiconews.tv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/teca2-5.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-29075\" style=\"width:306px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This fair, considered historic by the local government, seeks to honor the roots and customs that have shaped Tec\u00e1mac over two centuries.
