#GobiernoDeM\u00e9xico, #M\u00e9xico. \u2013<\/strong>\u00a0The Government of Mexico, through the Ministry of Economy, informed that as part of Plan Mexico, Heineken will invest 2,750 million dollars (mdd) from 2025 to 2028 to build a brewery plant in Kanasin, Yucatan, while the Mexican Association of Private Industrial Parks (AMPIP) pointed out that, from October to date, 626 mdd have been allocated for the development of 13 industrial parks that are part of the goal of 100 parks for this six-year term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The President of Mexico, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, highlighted that there is confidence in the country and this translates into continued investments, as well as the strength of the Mexican peso against the dollar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Secretary of Economy, Marcelo Ebrard Casaubon, pointed out that Heineken’s investment is part of Plan Mexico’s Investment Portfolio, which amounts to more than 200 billion dollars, in addition to the fact that it will be located in Yucatan due to the water facility, this as part of the relocation strategy in which companies will be located in places where resources are found.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Heineken’s CEO in Mexico, Oriol Bonaclocha, explained that the investment of 2,750 in Kanas\u00edn, Yucat\u00e1n, has a vision of growth, innovation and sustainability, and will generate 300 direct jobs, 2,500 indirect jobs and 2,500 indirect jobs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
