#SanMiguelDeAllende<\/strong>,\u00a0#Guanajuato<\/strong>.-The municipal president of San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mauricio Trejo Pureco<\/strong>, participated in an important security meeting. He was accompanied by the state secretary of Security and Peace, Juan Mauro Gonz\u00e1lez Mart\u00ednez<\/strong>, and the prosecutor Gerardo V\u00e1zquez Alatriste<\/strong>. Also in attendance were representatives in charge of security from all the municipalities. The meeting was held in San Miguel de Allende. Its purpose was to strengthen joint strategies for peace and justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the meeting, Mayor Trejo Pureco highlighted the relevance of joining efforts for security. \u201cToday we are meeting with the security secretaries of the 46 municipalities in the state,\u201d he said. He reiterated that security is a shared responsibility between local, state and federal authorities. He stressed that these spaces for dialogue are key to making coordinated decisions. \u201cSecurity is procured by all of us,\u201d he emphatically affirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the main topics was the strategy for the procurement and administration of justice. The progress made in each municipality and the challenges to be faced were reviewed. Good practices were shared and common commitments were established. Institutional collaboration was recognized as a fundamental axis. This meeting also served to evaluate actions that have yielded good results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For his part, the Secretary of Security and Peace of the State of Guanajuato, Juan Mauro Gonz\u00e1lez Mart\u00ednez, explained the commitment to strengthen intelligence work, in coordination with the Federation and municipalities, to stop insecurity in the State.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abWe exposed the great results we have obtained in San Miguel de Allende in security and, of course, new lines of action were defined to combat crime in San Miguel as in all of Guanajuato,\u00bb Mayor Trejo Pureco concluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
