#GobiernoDeM\u00e9xico, #M\u00e9xico.\u2013<\/strong>\u00a0From the Felipe \u00c1ngeles International Airport (AIFA), President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo<\/strong> received the first of 20 Embraer E195-E2 aircraft for Mexicana de Aviaci\u00f3n, the airline of the Mexican State and the people that was rescued by the Fourth Transformation and that symbolizes Mexico’s will to fly high, with justice, with national pride and with logistical sovereignty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abTo have a state airline is to also have response capacity, it is to be able to evacuate together with the National Defense areas affected by natural disasters, it is to be able to move medicines, food, medical personnel together with the National Defense. It is to have logistical sovereignty. Mexicana de Aviaci\u00f3n is not just a logo, nor a fleet of airplanes, -which, by the way, 20 will arrive between this year and next year- it is a declaration of principles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abIt is a clear message that Mexico wants to fly high, but with its feet on the ground, with direction, justice and national pride. In a world where decisions are often made on the basis of economic interests, having an airline of the people and for the people is a profoundly human and also profoundly political decision; it is a commitment to equity, national integration and sovereignty,\u00bb she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She recalled that Mexicana de Aviaci\u00f3n’s main objective is the collective welfare and offers routes where there is no coverage by commercial and foreign airlines, providing a dignified, accessible and reliable service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAlthough Mexicana de Aviaci\u00f3n must be profitable, obviously, and efficient, it is telling every Mexican woman and man: wherever you live, you also matter, you also have the right to fly, you are also part of the Nation’s Project,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He also stressed that recovering Mexicana de Aviaci\u00f3n was not an ideological whim, but a strategic decision that allows the Mexican Government to have logistical sovereignty for its air mobilization in case of emergency or defense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMexicana de Aviaci\u00f3n also serves to mobilize our people, our forces and our resources,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
