#FederalGovernment<\/strong>, #Mexico<\/strong>.- From Acapulco, Guerrero, the President of Mexico, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo<\/strong> stressed that with the Salud Casa por Casa program, no senior citizen will be left without being visited in their homes by a doctor, nurse or nurse practitioner, who in this state have already provided 75,263 home visits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe health workers leave their offices and go to the territory to visit all the elderly people in the country, there will not be an elderly person without being visited by a nurse, a nurse, a doctor or a physician,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He recalled that Salud Casa por Casa is the most important preventive program in the world, which will make history thanks to the fact that its staff reaches every corner of the country to provide health, love and care to the elderly and people with disabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe can put many hospitals, but if we do not take care of our health, there will not be enough hospitals in the country, what we want is that people do not go to the hospital, that is the goal, of course if they get sick we want them to go to the best hospital in the world, but what we want is that they take care of their health,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He added that this program will be complemented with the Farmacias del Bienestar (Wellness Pharmacies) that will be built next to the Health Centers and the Tiendas Bienestar (Wellness Stores) so that the beneficiaries can acquire their medicines free of charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
