From Tuesday to Sunday, you can visit an impressive pyramidal base where two deities were allegedly worshipped: Tlaloc and Huitzilopochtli. This is one of the most complete and best-preserved temples in the center of the country, where religious and artistic expressions can be observed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Santa Cecilia Acatitl\u00e1n Archaeological Zone takes its name from the Nahuatl word for \u00abIn the Place of the Reeds.\u00bb At this site, you can see a pyramid that was an essential part of a large ceremonial center. Its discovery dates back to 1923 and 1924, but it wasn&#8217;t until 1961 that the then Federal Directorate of Archaeology began inspecting this space. Walk the cobblestone streets of these magical places, delight your palate with the cuisine of this place, and feel the pride of being a resident of Tlalnepantla and of our Mexico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With 80,000 square meters for walking, playing, and practicing sports, the Governor of the State of Mexico, Delfina G\u00f3mez \u00c1lvarez, and the Mayor Raciel P\u00e9rez Cruz, delivered the comprehensive rehabilitation of the \u00abScience Park,\u00bb located in the eastern part of the district.
