#TlalnepantlaDeBaz<\/strong>,\u00a0#StateOfMexico<\/strong>.-\u00a0Backpacks, notebooks, clothing, shoes, computer equipment, and everything needed for the return to school season will be on sale from August 1st to 3rd at the Algarab\u00eda Theater, located on the esplanade of Tlalnepantla’s Municipal Palace. Parents will be able to purchase these items at affordable prices to support their finances, which will be supervised by the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (Profeco).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mayor Raciel P\u00e9rez Cruz<\/strong> indicated that this \u00abProfeco 2025 Back-to-School Fair\u00bb aims to offer parents affordable prices that will allow them to cover the expenses of the new school year and prevent them from breaking the bank, while also acquiring quality products that will be useful for students in the classroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He thanked the authorities from all three levels of government who joined this effort, such as Leche para el Bienestar (formerly Liconsa), because \u00abit’s not just about solving the problem of school supplies, it’s also about reviewing the circumstances under which children are returning to school today, with the quality nutrition offered by these products and the Rita Cetina scholarship, which already has 90 percent coverage throughout the country, particularly in Tlalnepantla.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The National Manager of Social Supply for Leche para el Bienestar, V\u00edctor Hugo P\u00e9rez Rojas, noted that President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo’s mandate is to continue bringing this milk to the country’s homes. He added that this product is 100 percent produced by small and medium-sized Mexican producers, from whom a liter is purchased daily at a guaranteed price of 11 pesos and 50 cents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are currently 54 collection centers across the country to distribute milk to more than 6.3 million Mexicans throughout the country, at a federally subsidized price of 7.50 pesos per liter. In Tlalnepantla, 47 dairies operate throughout the municipality, and it is estimated that this number could reach 100 centers to reach more communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Francisco Vladimir Estrada Ram\u00edrez, head of the Metropolitan Area Consumer Protection Office (ODECO) of Profeco, recognized the efforts of back-to-school supply suppliers, who offer quality products at affordable prices. He also called on students to make the most of their schooling and to find decent classrooms that allow them to return to school eager to learn and grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
