#Guanajuato<\/strong>.- With the goal of promoting road safety and preventing accidents, the Municipal Government headed by President <strong>Lorena Alfaro Garc\u00eda<\/strong>, in coordination with the Secretariat of Citizen Security, is promoting actions aimed at motorcycle riders, encouraging the mandatory use of certified helmets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The call is especially directed at young people, who represent the largest number of motorcycle users, to value their lives and physical integrity while riding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is important to note that motorcyclists should comply with the following provisions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ride a maximum of two people per motorcycle.<br>Wear appropriate protective equipment.<br>Do not transport minors.<br>Carry the required documentation (driver&#8217;s license, registration card, license plates).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Failure to comply with these provisions is punishable by a fine of between 10 and 15 Units of Measure and Update, according to Article 89 of the Traffic Regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mar\u00eda Laguna, head of the Road Safety and Accident Prevention Department, explained that although helmet use does not prevent accidents,
