The workshop began with general recommendations for the population by age group, proper diagnosis of precancerous lesions, and proper skin care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dr. Nanette Alc\u00e1ntara Sol\u00eds, head of the Pediatric Dermatology Department at the CMN La Raza General Hospital, explained that most UV rays are received during childhood, particularly when they go out to play or are outdoors between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cIn adolescence or adulthood, sun exposure decreases, but we accumulate this exposure.
