#Cuautitl\u00e1nIzcalli<\/strong>, #StateOfMexico<\/strong>.- During the 20th Public Session of the City Council, held at the Cuautitl\u00e1n Izcalli Academic and Professional Unit of the UAEM\u00e9x (Unit Academica Profesional Cuautitl\u00e1n Izcalli) in Mexico City, the mayor reiterated his government’s commitment to improving the living conditions of Izcalli’s youth. This meeting demonstrated the institutional interest in listening to and addressing the concerns of the new generations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During his remarks, the young participants agreed on the need to be heard and considered in decision-making that affects their environment. They expressed their desire for their voices to be translated into concrete actions, and not just in isolated forums without follow-up. They demanded active and ongoing participation in the issues that concern them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the main proposals highlighted during the session was the urgency of addressing youth mental health. They requested the creation of spaces for dialogue and open forums that include parents, teachers, and authorities.
