#TlalnepantlaDeBaz<\/strong>,\u00a0#StateOfMexico<\/strong>.- Security, pruning, maintenance and replacement of streetlights, patching, removal of abandoned vehicles, and dredging are some of the tasks carried out by the governments of Tlalnepantla and the Azcapotzalco Municipality as part of a Collaboration Agreement that seeks to benefit the residents of the border areas of these districts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the El Rosario Housing Unit, Mayor Raciel P\u00e9rez Cruz emphasized that the main objective of this agreement is to improve the lives and well-being of the citizens of Tlalnepantla and Azcapotzalco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe share realities, services, urban infrastructure, and many other points of convergence, which is why we are here, so that this coordination can be sustained and yield high-impact results,\u201d commented P\u00e9rez Cruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Mayor of Azcapotzalco, Nancy Nu\u00f1ez Res\u00e9ndiz, celebrated the fact that this Collaboration Agreement will allow for interventions in neighboring communities in accordance with joint regulations, transforming both territories. \u00abToday, more than ever, we have the opportunity to work hand in hand with responsibility, political will, and teamwork.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaking to residents of both towns, N\u00fa\u00f1ez Res\u00e9ndiz noted that \u00abthe problems are limitless; they are shared between the two districts, and today we have a metropolitan vision that allows us to take advantage of the opportunities with a great partner like Mayor Raciel P\u00e9rez Cruz.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Secretary of Territorial Integration of Tlalnepantla, Iv\u00e1n Gatica L\u00f3pez, acknowledged the willingness of Azcapotzalco authorities to collaborate with the Tlalnepantla government since July, work that began with the definition of joint intervention zones along territorial boundaries and in areas where citizens were left behind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The official explained the actions carried out by the Municipal Government, including the weeding of 11,750 square meters of green areas, representing more than 7 tons of waste; 90 trees were pruned, nine of which were felled due to their condition; maintenance of 24 streetlights and replacement of 10 more with LED lights; patching of the perimeter of the \u00abLas Brujas\u00bb Social Cultural Center; and the application of more than 300 liters of traffic paint, to name a few. In addition, the OPDM cleaned and dredged two storm drains measuring 20 meters long, 50 centimeters wide, and approximately 30 centimeters deep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
