It also continues to support Pemex to clean up its finances from the corrupt debt incurred by former presidents Felipe Calder\u00f3n and Enrique Pe\u00f1a Nieto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNumber 1. Guaranteed welfare programs. Number 2. Increased investment in health. It&#8217;s been reported on social media that &#8216;it&#8217;s decreasing,&#8217; false; it&#8217;s increasing. Where is the increase primarily? In the IMSS Bienestar (Mexican Social Security Institute). If we add up everything related to health\u2014the Ministry of Health, IMSS Bienestar, #IMSS, and #ISSSTE\u2014it&#8217;s increasing. Education is increasing, the education budget is increasing. Housing is increasing. Public investment in trains, highways, and water is increasing.
