#BajaCalifornia<\/strong>,\u00a0#M\u00e9xico<\/strong>.- With the firm commitment to strengthening public safety and citizen well-being, Baja California Governor Marina del Pilar \u00c1vila Olmeda<\/strong> officially delivered 123 new patrol cars to the State Citizen Security Force. These fully equipped units aim to improve response capacity and expand surveillance coverage throughout the state. The acquisition of this equipment is a crucial step in the administration’s strategy to consolidate a safer and more peaceful state for all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of the 123 units delivered, 112 will be used for State Citizen Security Force operations and 11 will be used by the Violet Squadron, a pioneering organization dedicated to the protection and care of victims of gender-based violence. The governor highlighted the importance of this squadron, mentioning that it \u00abhas been significantly strengthened and developed\u00bb over the past four years. This comprehensive approach seeks not only to combat high-impact crimes but also to address specific social problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marina del Pilar \u00c1vila Olmeda emphasized that adequate equipment is as fundamental as ensuring social security and employee benefits for officers and their families. Since the beginning of her administration, priority has been given not only to providing patrol cars, weapons, and cutting-edge technology, but also to dignifying police work. \u00abGood equipment is as important as ensuring social security,\u00bb the governor stated, underscoring her government’s commitment to caring for those who care for the population.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The governor took the opportunity to express her gratitude for the support of the Baja California Legislature, acknowledging the budgetary backing that has been key to strengthening the State Force. She also highlighted the leadership of President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo for her collaboration in strengthening the coordination and presence of federal forces in the state. This cooperation between the different levels of government is vital to the implementation of a unified and effective security strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
