During his speech, the Guanajuato leader emphasised the clear and strict meaning of his words<\/strong>, setting out the unwavering course of action for his administration. This established a resolute commitment to transparency and integrity<\/strong> as the cornerstone of his mandate, ensuring a dedicated focus on good governance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Mayor was notably emphatic when addressing the unacceptable practice of misuse of official duties within the Municipal Presidency, delivering a clear and powerful message<\/strong> to all staff.
