This substantial figure is separate from the funds committed by Agroasemex S.A., the state insurance company, which has already contracted firms for the repair of damaged schools, clinics, and roads, underscoring the government&#8217;s strong commitment to the affected regions\u2019 swift recovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with the <strong>Comprehensive Support Plan for those Affected by the Rains<\/strong>, the administration will begin distributing a <strong>first payment of 20 thousand pesos<\/strong> to all surveyed households. For the victims in Quer\u00e9taro, San Luis Potos\u00ed, Puebla, and Veracruz, this initial disbursement is scheduled between 22 and 29 October, while in Hidalgo, the timeline runs from 25 October to 5 November. The <strong>Presidenta<\/strong> affirmed during her morning press conference: <strong>\u00abThe delivery of the first 20 thousand pesos of support to all households, to all affected families, starts this Wednesday.\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Minister of Wellbeing, <strong>Ariadna Montiel Reyes<\/strong>, reported that as of 19 October, the census conducted by the Servants of the Nation had registered <strong>70,445 damaged homes<\/strong>, noting that data collection is already complete in Quer\u00e9taro, Puebla, and San Luis Potos\u00ed. The breakdown shows 43,578 homes surveyed in Veracruz; 10,811 in Puebla; 5,056 in Hidalgo; and 2,062 in Quer\u00e9taro. <strong>Presidenta Sheinbaum<\/strong> clarified that despite significant progress, some areas are still pending, particularly in Hidalgo, acknowledging: <strong>\u00abwe will still need about another week to continue with the censuses.\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a crucial element of this aid package, each affected family will receive an <strong>Appliance Voucher<\/strong> for a fridge, cooker, mattress, crockery, and a fan, alongside a <strong>Food Basket Voucher<\/strong>. Furthermore, varying reconstruction funds will be allocated for housing damage: 25 thousand pesos for medium damage, 40 thousand pesos for major damage, and <strong>70 thousand pesos for total loss<\/strong>, with the Ministry of Agrarian, Territorial, and Urban Development (Sedatu) relocating homes in high-risk zones.
