#Tlalnepantla<\/strong>,\u00a0#StateOfMexico<\/strong>.-\u00a0The Second Employment Fair took place in Tlalnepantla today, featuring the participation of 150 economic units<\/strong> and 30 business start-ups<\/strong>, which collectively offered a substantial 3,500 vacancies<\/strong>. This successful event was made possible through the effective collaboration between the local government and the private sector, aimed at stimulating job creation. The initiative underscores the municipality’s dedication to boosting the local economy and providing tangible employment opportunities<\/strong> for its residents across various industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On behalf of the Tlalnepantla de Baz Council and Mayor Raciel P\u00e9rez Cruz<\/strong>, the Deputy Director of Economic Promotion, Rafael Valdepe\u00f1as Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong>, formally welcomed all participants to the employment fair. He clearly stated the overarching goal of the event was to \u00abfacilitate the encounter between committed employers and determined job seekers<\/strong>,\u00bb acting as a crucial intermediary. Valdepe\u00f1as Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong> also highlighted the recent establishment of the Council\u2019s Commission for Economic Promotion and its diligent work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The municipal official took the opportunity to recall the significant partnership forged on 7 October, when the Tlalnepantla Municipal Government signed a collaboration agreement<\/strong> with the metropolitan employers’ association, COPARMEX<\/strong>. This pact formally aligns the objectives and aims of the industrial sector, including entrepreneurs, with the local authorities. Such strategic alliances are viewed as key drivers<\/strong> for fostering a robust and sustainable economic environment within the municipality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Valdepe\u00f1as Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong> emphasised the event’s importance, stating: \u00abIt is an honour to welcome everyone to this event, which, more than a recruitment session, is a bridge between talent and the opportunities offered by businesses<\/strong>.\u00bb He further described the fair as a \u00abspace acting as a motor for effective, collaborative and influential labour linkage.\u00bb Notable participating companies included major corporations such as Coca Cola FEMSA, Kimberly Clark, Grupo COPPEL, Sears, and Mercado Libre<\/strong>, among many others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his concluding remarks, the official articulated the broader vision behind the initiative: \u00abThe common purpose is to build a Tlalnepantla with more and better jobs<\/strong>, and not just as a record of figures, but of transformed lives<\/strong>, because Tlalnepantla is strengthened when its inhabitants have real opportunities to get ahead<\/strong>.\u00bb Key attendees included the Vice President of COPARMEX<\/strong>, Jes\u00fas Manuel Echeverr\u00eda Hern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, along with several local council members and the Head of Youth Affairs, Am\u00e9rica Ju\u00e1rez Luna<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
