{"id":31882,"date":"2025-11-04T22:08:39","date_gmt":"2025-11-05T04:08:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mexiconews.tv\/?p=31882"},"modified":"2025-11-04T22:08:39","modified_gmt":"2025-11-05T04:08:39","slug":"millions-of-beneficiaries-to-gain-from-issstes-upgraded-hospitals-and-dignified-treatment-programme-martibatres-issste_mx","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mexiconews.tv\/?p=31882","title":{"rendered":"Millions of Beneficiaries to Gain from ISSSTE\u2019s Upgraded Hospitals and \u201cDignified Treatment\u201d Programme \/ @martibatres @ISSSTE_mx >>>"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>#ISSSTE<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>#Mexico<\/strong>.-\u00a0The <strong>Director General of the Institute of Security and Social Services for State Workers (ISSSTE), Mart\u00ed Batres Guadarrama<\/strong>, highlighted the organisation\u2019s progress during <strong>President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo\u2019s morning conference, \u201cLa Ma\u00f1anera del Pueblo.\u201d<\/strong> <strong>Batres Guadarrama<\/strong> detailed significant advances in <strong>hospital infrastructure in the state of Oaxaca<\/strong>, improved <strong>medicine provision<\/strong>, and the <strong>\u201cDignified Treatment\u201d<\/strong> strategy for the <strong>13.9 million beneficiaries<\/strong>. These achievements reaffirm the <strong>government\u2019s commitment to strengthening healthcare services<\/strong> throughout the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the presence of the <strong>Secretary of Health, David Kershenobich Stalnikowitz<\/strong>, <strong>Mart\u00ed Batres<\/strong> reported that the <strong>ISSSTE<\/strong> has inaugurated the <strong>Family Medicine Unit (UMF) \u201cAsunci\u00f3n Nochixtl\u00e1n\u201d<\/strong> in <strong>Oaxaca<\/strong>, following an investment of <strong>$19.9 million pesos<\/strong>. This new clinic, which <strong>replaces the previous facility<\/strong> and became <strong>operational on 27 October<\/strong>, will <strong>benefit more than 5,800 people<\/strong>. <strong>Batres<\/strong> emphasised the <strong>symbolic importance of the location<\/strong>, noting that it was <strong>\u201cemblematic of a very strong repression against the teaching profession\u201d<\/strong> during the <strong>neoliberal period<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mart\u00ed Batres<\/strong> further shared that <strong>construction is progressing steadily<\/strong> on the <strong>new Regional High Speciality Hospital (HRAE) of Oaxaca<\/strong>, set to <strong>benefit 1.7 million beneficiaries<\/strong>. The work, which <strong>began on 8 August of this year<\/strong>, is currently in the <strong>deep foundation phase<\/strong>, involving the <strong>placement of twenty-metre-deep piles<\/strong> made from <strong>high-resistance concrete<\/strong>. This <strong>tertiary care medical facility<\/strong> represents an <strong>investment of $3.5 billion pesos<\/strong> and will feature <strong>250 census beds, 44 consultation rooms, and 36 medical specialities<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>new HRAE<\/strong> will be equipped with <strong>cutting-edge medical services<\/strong>, including a <strong>clinical analysis laboratory<\/strong>, a <strong>blood bank<\/strong>, and a <strong>Sleep Clinic<\/strong>, as well as <strong>state-of-the-art imaging facilities<\/strong> such as <strong>X-rays, ultrasound, mammography, tomography, nuclear medicine, and magnetic resonance imaging<\/strong>.
