#Puebla<\/strong>,\u00a0#M\u00e9xico<\/strong>.-\u00a0 The government led by Governor Alejandro Armenta<\/strong> announced its active and coordinated participation<\/strong> with business chambers and shopping centres across the state<\/strong> to ensure the successful development of the fifteenth edition of El Buen Fin<\/em><\/strong>. At a press conference on Friday, the Secretary of Economic Development and Labour, V\u00edctor Gabriel Chedraui<\/strong>, stated that the strategy aims to protect consumers<\/strong>, strengthen the popular economy<\/strong>, and encourage smart shopping among families in Puebla<\/strong>. Inter-institutional collaboration<\/strong> is seen as the key to the success of this commercial event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Secretary Gabriel Chedraui<\/strong> explained that monitoring responsibilities will fall to PROFECO<\/strong>, which will deploy special operations and service modules (\u201cConciliaExpr\u00e9s\u201d)<\/strong> in the main commercial areas and shopping centres. In addition, businesses will strengthen their internal supervision teams<\/strong> to prevent abuse, price inflation, or misleading advertising<\/strong>. The objective is to ensure transparency and fairness in all commercial transactions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was also confirmed that the national El Buen Fin<\/em> platform will take place from 13 to 17 November<\/strong>, strategically coinciding with the long weekend marking the 20 November commemoration<\/strong>. This alignment offers an exceptional opportunity for families in Puebla to make responsible and purposeful purchases<\/strong>, taking advantage of the holiday period. The timing of these dates is expected to maximise consumer turnout and sales.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regarding economic projections<\/strong>, Gabriel Chedraui<\/strong> reported that the expected results for 2025<\/strong> estimate that, nationwide, the event will generate economic revenue of 200 billion pesos<\/strong>. For Puebla<\/strong>, the target is set at 5.8 billion pesos<\/strong>, representing an estimated growth of 9 per cent compared with the previous year<\/strong>. This period is vital, as for many MiPyMEs<\/strong> it accounts for between 15 and 30 per cent of their annual sales<\/strong>, thus strengthening competitiveness and formal employment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the presentation of the monitoring and promotion plan<\/strong>, several industry leaders were present<\/strong>, highlighting the public\u2013private alliance within the state<\/strong>. Attendees included the Director of the Consumer Protection Office, Uriel Erazo Garc\u00eda; the President of CANACO Puebla, Juan Pablo Cisneros Madrid; the President of COPARMEX Puebla, Beatriz Camacho Ruiz; and the Executive Director of the Association of Shopping Centres of Puebla, Andr\u00e9s de la Luz Espinoza<\/strong>. The joint efforts confirm the multisectoral commitment to supporting the local economy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
