He formally presented <strong>600 final settlement certificates<\/strong> for <strong>Fondo de la Vivienda (FOVISSSTE)<\/strong> loans, a move that strongly underscores the <strong>\u201csocial vision\u201d<\/strong> of the <strong>Second Floor of the Fourth Transformation<\/strong>, championed by <strong>President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo<\/strong>. This action reaffirms the government\u2019s commitment to the <strong>economic security<\/strong> of its state employees and pensioners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Addressing a large group of pensioners and retirees, <strong>Mart\u00ed Batres<\/strong> firmly highlighted the stark contrast between current policy and previous administrations. He pointed out that while neoliberal governments historically <strong>\u201ccondoned taxes\u201d<\/strong> for individuals with immense fortunes, the current administration is focused on <strong>\u201ccondoning unpayable debts\u201d<\/strong> for state workers. He stressed: <strong>\u201cAdeudos de 200 mil, 500 mil, 800 mil pesos, de deudas que eran impagables porque estaban estructuradas con criterios neoliberales\u201d<\/strong> (<em>Debts of 200 thousand, 500 thousand, 800 thousand pesos, debts that were unpayable because they were structured with neoliberal criteria<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Director General<\/strong>, accompanied by the <strong>ISSSTE governing body<\/strong>, underscored the human impact of the initiative by citing specific beneficiaries, including <strong>Rub\u00e9n Rodr\u00edguez Le\u00f3n<\/strong>, whose debt of <strong>611 thousand pesos<\/strong> was cancelled, and <strong>Juan Antonio Montiel P\u00e9rez<\/strong>, who was relieved of <strong>488 thousand pesos<\/strong>. The list of beneficiaries also featured <strong>Julio C\u00e9sar Mart\u00ednez<\/strong>, with a <strong>481 thousand peso<\/strong> cancellation; <strong>Josefina P\u00e9rez Mart\u00ednez<\/strong>, who saved <strong>272 thousand pesos<\/strong>; and <strong>Ana Mar\u00eda Romero<\/strong>, with <strong>175 thousand pesos<\/strong> condoned, ensuring that all <strong>\u201care now owners of their homes\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Jabnely Maldonado Meza<\/strong>, the <strong>Executive Vocal of FOVISSSTE<\/strong>, further elaborated on the <strong>comprehensive support strategy<\/strong> for creditors beyond debt settlements.
