These projects, spread across <strong>12 states<\/strong>, represent an investment of <strong>1,277 million pesos<\/strong>, benefiting more than <strong>19,500 students<\/strong> at upper secondary and higher education levels. The initiative reflects the Government&#8217;s commitment to <strong>quality education<\/strong>, inclusion and equity. The first phase of the projects has already yielded visible results in educational infrastructure. The campuses are designed as modern spaces to promote learning and the holistic development of new generations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the <strong>17 Technological High Schools<\/strong>, a total of <strong>204 classrooms<\/strong> will be built to accommodate <strong>18,360 students<\/strong>, covering <strong>42,334 square metres<\/strong> and requiring an investment of <strong>1,147 million pesos<\/strong>, in coordination with the <strong>Ministry of Public Education (SEP)<\/strong> and state governments. Meanwhile, the <strong>UNRC<\/strong> campus in <strong>San Luis Teolocholco, Tlaxcala<\/strong>, is <strong>72 per cent complete<\/strong>, with an investment of <strong>130 million pesos<\/strong>, and will cover <strong>13,833 square metres<\/strong>, of which the first phase will occupy <strong>6,440 square metres<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Progress by state highlights the execution pace and regional impact: <strong>Baja California, Tijuana 54%; Chihuahua, Ju\u00e1rez 64%; State of Mexico, six campuses 47%; Guanajuato, Le\u00f3n 54%; Hidalgo, Tizayuca 65%; Jalisco, El Salto 33%; Nuevo Le\u00f3n, Ju\u00e1rez and Garc\u00eda 56%; Oaxaca, San Blas Atempa 46%; Puebla, Cuautlancingo 62%; Quer\u00e9taro, El Marqu\u00e9s 60%; Yucat\u00e1n, M\u00e9rida 54%<\/strong>. Furthermore, around <strong>10 per cent of the workforce are women<\/strong>, underlining <strong>SICT\u2019s<\/strong> commitment to <strong>inclusion and equal opportunities<\/strong> in the construction of public infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These initiatives represent a firm step towards <strong>modernising education<\/strong> and expanding opportunities for thousands of students across the country. The campuses will become spaces for academic learning and personal growth, equipped to meet the demands of the twenty-first century.
