(#MexicoSecurity<\/strong> – #NationalIntelligence<\/strong>) *** #SecretariatOfSecurityAndCitizensProtection<\/strong>, #M\u00e9xico<\/strong>.- At #PalacioNacional<\/strong>, under the leadership of President<\/strong> #ClaudiaSheinbaumPardo<\/strong>, the Secretary of Security and Citizen Protection,<\/strong> #OmarGarc\u00edaHarfuch<\/strong>, presided over the graduation of 235 intelligence and #InvestigationAgents<\/strong> and 30<\/strong> #SeniorOfficers<\/strong> who completed the Diploma in High Management and Strategic Leadership. This milestone reinforces Mexico\u2019s national security strategy, combining intelligence, investigation, and institutional coordination to confront organised crime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his address, Garc\u00eda Harfuch<\/strong> urged the graduates to embrace their duty with responsibility, confronting violence through institutional strength, intelligence, and investigation, always with respect for the law. He declared: \u201cOur responsibility is to confront them, investigate them, detain them, and bring them to justice.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Secretary warned that criminal organisations have inflicted severe harm on the country, employing extortion, youth recruitment, intimidation of communities, and trafficking of drugs and weapons. He stressed that the mission of security institutions is to remove these groups from the streets and safeguard the population, reinforcing the collective commitment to public safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recent official reports confirm the expansion of coordinated operations across several states, with increased deployment of intelligence units and specialised task forces. In this context, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo<\/strong> reaffirmed that the integration of new agents and senior officers strengthens Mexico\u2019s capacity to confront organised crime and consolidate a unified vision of national security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This graduating class includes 153 men<\/strong> and 82 women<\/strong>, all of whom completed an intensive programme of 1,200 hours of initial training. Alongside them, 17 state and municipal commanders<\/strong> from ten federative entities and 13 federal officers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
