(#SUPERISSSTEExpansion<\/strong> – #CommunityWellbeing<\/strong><\/strong>) \u00a0*** #ISSSTE<\/strong>,\u00a0#Mexico<\/strong>.- In Colonia Doctores, Mexico City<\/strong>, #Mart\u00edBatresGuadarrama<\/strong>, Director General of the ISSSTE<\/strong>, and #DuniaLudlowDeloya<\/strong>, Director of #SUPERISSSTE<\/strong>, inaugurated a new store with an investment of 4.3 million pesos. Offering 2,273 essential products<\/strong> at #FairPrices<\/strong>, including meat, fruit, vegetables, and household goods, the branch also provides cultural and community services, reinforcing the mission of affordable supply for working families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the ceremony, Batres Guadarrama<\/strong> recalled that SUPERISSSTE<\/strong> once operated 375 stores<\/strong>, recognised as one of the most efficient supermarket chains without heavy advertising or subsidies. He noted that closures during the neoliberal period reduced the network to only 39 branches<\/strong>, but the current administration has revived the chain, expanding its presence in the capital and the State of Mexico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Director emphasised that under the Second Stage of the Fourth Transformation<\/strong>, led by President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo<\/strong>, the chain has been rescued with new openings in Coyoac\u00e1n, Cuatro Caminos, Tlalnepantla, Venustiano Carranza, Iztacalco, and San Fernando<\/strong>. He stressed that the expansion reflects a broader vision of social welfare, ensuring that every new housing unit or hospital will include a SUPERISSSTE<\/strong> store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recent reports confirm that new branches are scheduled in Tampico<\/strong> and other strategic locations, with plans to integrate stores into housing projects developed by FOVISSSTE<\/strong>. In this context, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo<\/strong> reaffirmed that the initiative strengthens social supply networks, guarantees access to affordable products, and consolidates the role of SUPERISSSTE<\/strong> as a pillar of community well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The opening of the Doctores store<\/strong> marks a new stage in the expansion of SUPERISSSTE<\/strong>, combining affordable supply, cultural promotion, and social services.
