(#DigitalTransformation<\/strong> \u2013 #DigitalMexico<\/strong>) *** #Cuautitl\u00e1nIzcalli,<\/strong> #StateOfMexico<\/strong>.- The municipality of Cuautitl\u00e1n #Izcalli<\/strong>, led by Mayor #DanielSerranoPalacios<\/strong>, reports that 91.6% of households have #InternetAccess<\/strong>, according to the results of the #2025IntercensalSurvey<\/strong> conducted by #INEGI<\/strong>, an indicator that places it as the municipality with the highest proportion of connected households in the State of Mexico. With a population of 596,334 inhabitants, connectivity is becoming an increasingly relevant factor for social and economic development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The municipality also experienced significant population growth over the past five years. According to INEGI data, the population increased from 555,163 inhabitants in 2020 to 596,334 in 2025, representing a 7.4% increase. This trend creates new needs in terms of infrastructure, public services, and urban planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Broad access to the internet also represents a tool with the potential to expand opportunities for the population. Digital connectivity facilitates access to education, employment, information, government procedures, and services, while also promoting new forms of training and economic activity in a municipality that maintains a close relationship with metropolitan dynamics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the national level, the expansion of connectivity continues to transform the daily lives of millions of people. The latest available data show that 104.9 million people aged six and older used the internet in Mexico during 2025, while 78.3% of households had access to this service. In this context, Cuautitl\u00e1n Izcalli has a connectivity base that can help strengthen residents’ access to digital tools and the services associated with them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a population approaching 600,000 inhabitants, the municipality faces the challenge of matching its growth with infrastructure and services suited to new social demands. In this regard, statistical information represents an input for guiding municipal planning and addressing the current conditions of families in Cuautitl\u00e1n Izcalli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
