This improvement reflects the strength of<strong> #PublicFinance, <\/strong>fiscal discipline in budget management, and the administration\u2019s ability to meet its financial obligations. This achievement places Atizap\u00e1n in a favorable position within the municipal financial landscape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The rating upgrade, announced on October 7, is the result of sustained growth in operating balances, a strong liquidity position, and an increased capacity to cover debt service.<\/strong> These factors support the financial stability of Atizap\u00e1n de Zaragoza and place it in the same credit rating category as municipalities such as Huixquilucan, San Luis Potos\u00ed, and Altamira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among the most significant indicators is the 7.6% real growth in municipal revenues during 2025, driven by revenue collection strategies and incentives linked to property tax payments.
