School counselors and tutors must comply with the compatibility of schedules

#SecretaríaDeEducaciónPública.- Educational advisors and tutors who provide their services in any institution of the federal, state or autonomous public administration, in administrative or teaching positions, and want to work in the Prepa Online National Baccalaureate Service-SEP, must comply with the requirement of schedule compatibility in order to be hired.

This is because a significant number of virtual advisors stated that they work more than 12 hours in some federal or state institution, so their hiring process will be affected, since exceeding the limit of hours established in paragraph 5.1. of the Rule to regulate the compatibility for the performance of two or more jobs, positions, commissions or contracts, issued by the Ministry of Public Function (SFP), they could not collaborate in this educational service.

Virtual advisors and school tutors must have an authorized employment compatibility report that, in total, does not exceed 48 hours per week.

Given the incompatibility that a significant number of collaborators could present, especially those who have been participating since 2014 and who, due to their experience in online teaching were hired in 2016 through a third party, this year Prepa en Línea-SEP published the call https://bit.ly/3JPAbgf in order to select and hire new educational agents who do not have difficulties to assume the contractual obligation with the SEP, and who can comply with the current regulations, without this implying acts of discrimination.
