The necessary adjustments will be made in Tecámac, without affecting the transportation companies or the citizens

#Tecámac, #EstadoDeMéxico.- During a meeting with transportation companies, the municipal president, Mariela Gutiérrez Escalante, said that Tecámac is undergoing a transformation, which is why it is necessary to change the paradigm in the face of the challenge posed by the opening of the Felipe Ángeles International Airport (AIFA).

She explained that in the last two years works have been carried out to communicate the new airport terminal, mainly in the territory of Tecámac, which have impacted the daily life of the inhabitants of the district.

Faced with this new reality, she invited them to make a diagnosis together, to find a solution to the mobility problem, and to make the necessary adjustments without affecting the carriers or the citizens.

She asked them for their authorizations granted by the government of the State of Mexico, of stops and bays of each of the routes, in order to integrate them into the Urban Development Plan, since the modernization of Tecámac must be carried out in an orderly manner.

«We must have a comprehensive vision where without prejudice to each of you and the citizens, we can achieve the necessary balance. Since you are necessary and in that sense we need to reach an agreement,» said the mayoress.

When referring to the concern about the expansion of line 1 of the Mexibús, Gutiérrez Escalante, said that there are no plans for a terminal and only the cab services by application will have access to the AIFA.

The meeting was attended by Carlos Méndez Hernández, zone chief of the San Pedro-Santa Clara route; Ángel Valdez Godínez, president of Flecha Azul; José Guadalupe Valdez, president of route 74; Isaías Domínguez Lozada, secretary of route 74; José Manuel Galindo Romero, president of the San Jerónimo cab site; among others.
